The Summit View Pop-Top renovation in Silverthorne features a second-story addition that added new sleeping quarters, an upper-level family space, and a balcony oriented toward panoramic mountain and Lake Dillon views—all while preserving the home’s original footprint.

This Golden pop-top renovation expanded the home with a partial second-story addition, creating additional bedroom space while preserving the character of the original structure. Prenvalley Builders also completed a new covered front porch, remodeled multiple bathrooms, and delivered a series of thoughtful interior and exterior upgrades—resulting in a cohesive, highly functional home designed to support a growing family.

At over 3,500 sq.ft. this interior remodel was the most extensive renovation we had taken on thus far. The existing home had many structural, electrical, and insulation concerns so our team decided to take the entire home down to the bare studs. Our design build team took the inefficient 70’s layout and was able to make the space not only beautiful but functional and practical for our clients!
