This Denver ADU project was designed and built within a landmark context and presented unique site challenges, including extremely sandy soil conditions. Through a coordinated design-build approach, Prenvalley Builders engineered a durable foundation solution and carefully executed construction on a tight urban lot. The result is a thoughtfully integrated accessory dwelling unit built for long-term performance and compatibility with its surroundings.

At over 3,500 sq.ft. this interior remodel was the most extensive renovation we had taken on thus far. The existing home had many structural, electrical, and insulation concerns so our team decided to take the entire home down to the bare studs. Our design build team took the inefficient 70’s layout and was able to make the space not only beautiful but functional and practical for our clients!

This Denver home addition thoughtfully expands a historic Tudor-style residence with a modern, high-performance extension.
