At over 3,500 sq.ft. this interior remodel was the most extensive renovation we had taken on thus far. The existing home had many structural, electrical, and insulation concerns so our team decided to take the entire home down to the bare studs. Our design build team took the inefficient 70’s layout and was able to make the space not only beautiful but functional and practical for our clients!

One of many basement remodels we’ve completed throughout Denver. This project in particular was challenging due to the age of the home (1920). There were many hurdles to bring this old structure into the 21st century (old concrete walls, settled framing, and un-level floors) but our client was ecstatic with the final product!
