(In Design) A large 3 bedroom 3 bath accessory dwelling unit (ADU) with a 2 car garage. This structure is being designed for high ceilings on the second floor and ADA accessibility on the first floor for an age-in place family member.

(Under Construction) Our most recent ADU (accessory dwelling unit) that’s currently being built in the South Broadway neighborhood. This project is located in a landmark district which comes with challenges from a design perspective and it’s also located on extremely sandy soil (some of the worst soil we’ve seen in Denver) and requires 21 helical piers under the foundation drilled 20 feet deep.

This beautiful Sunnyside ADU was completed in the summer of 2024. It features a 2.5 car garage, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen/ living area and vaulted ceilings/ dormers that provide a lot of character in and out of the structure.

This gorgeous Denver pop-top renovation expanded an existing brick home with a new second story and rear addition, giving the homeowners the space they needed while preserving the character of the original structure. The Summit View Pop-Top renovation in Silverthorne features a second-story addition that added new sleeping quarters, an upper-level family space, and a balcony oriented toward panoramic mountain and Lake Dillon views—all while preserving the home’s original footprint.

At over 3,500 sq.ft. this interior remodel was the most extensive renovation we had taken on thus far. The existing home had many structural, electrical, and insulation concerns so our team decided to take the entire home down to the bare studs. Our design build team took the inefficient 70’s layout and was able to make the space not only beautiful but functional and practical for our clients!

(Under Construction) This is our second largest design-build ADU to date. The client’s goals were to maximize space to allow for a second bedroom, a first floor office, and a workshop area while keeping finishes modest (including windows) to save on the overall cost of the project.

This compact Denver ADU was constructed by Prenvalley Builders as an efficient, small-footprint backyard residence. A very modest accessory dwelling unit, this was our second ADU project in the Denver area. Our client had a very tight budget so we designed and built the most economical ADU that we could come up with, keeping their site constraints in mind.

Located in the highlands neighborhood this garage that we designed and built was for a client looking to add a bunch of storage to their lot. The project involved demoing the old small garage and building out a 2.5 car garage. It features attic storage that was designed into the roof trusses which is accessed via a drop down ladder.

This Denver basement renovation transformed an underutilized lower level of a 1920s home into a fully functional accessory dwelling unit. Prenvalley Builders navigated the challenges of aging concrete walls, settled framing, and uneven floors to deliver a code-compliant living space that includes a kitchenette, full bathroom, living area, and private bedroom. We designed and built this garage for our client in the Barnum neighborhood. We designed the structure with a single slope roof facing the south for future solar advantages. The garage also features a large ceiling height for additional storage space and a tall garage door for large vehicle entry!
