This beautiful Sunnyside ADU was completed in the summer of 2024. It features a 2.5 car garage, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen/ living area and vaulted ceilings/ dormers that provide a lot of character in and out of the structure.

(Under Construction) This ADU is in partnership with Denver Housing Authority (DHA). We’re excited to be the first for profit ADU builder to be working on a West Denver Renaissance Collaborative (WDRC) ADU project.

Our first accessory dwelling unit in Denver may just be our favorite ADU project. This Sloan Lake project was definitely a challenging site where our team only had a 25 foot wide lot to work with for material storage and it was surrounded by power lines making it a logistical nightmare. It was a success nonetheless and features a 2 car garage, a studio apartment on the first floor, a 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor, a south facing solar array, and a rooftop deck designed for carrying a hot tub!

(Under Construction) We’re excited to be almost completed with this design-build garage ADU conversion/ addition. This project was designed to be age in place ready for the homeowner and the ADU addition was designed to have the ability for a future second story.

The first ADU we built in Colorado! This was our first accessory dwelling unit and we learned a lot from this quaint backyard cottage. We’ve come a long way since this design and build but it holds a special place in our hearts since it was the start of our ADU journey <3.
