Our first accessory dwelling unit in Denver may just be our favorite ADU project. This Sloan Lake project was definitely a challenging site where our team only had a 25 foot wide lot to work with for material storage and it was surrounded by power lines making it a logistical nightmare. It was a success nonetheless and features a 2 car garage, a studio apartment on the first floor, a 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor, a south facing solar array, and a rooftop deck designed for carrying a hot tub!
