We designed and built this tiny home ADU in southwest Denver. The highly efficient design was in order to save on cost and the foundation consists of only 4 helical piers embedded 17 feet into the earth.

Our largest 2 story ADU (2,000 sq.ft. in total) we’ve built to date is located in central Denver (City Park). It features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a private office, a large living/ kitchen area, and a 2.5 car garage.

A very modest accessory dwelling unit, this was our second ADU project in the Denver area. Our client had a very tight budget so we designed and built the most economical ADU that we could come up with, keeping their site constraints in mind.
