Our largest 2 story design-build ADU (2,000 sq.ft. in total) we’ve built to date is located in central Denver (City Park). It features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a private office, a large living/ kitchen area, and a 2.5 car garage.

(Under Construction) This ADU is in partnership with Denver Housing Authority (DHA). We’re excited to be the first for profit ADU builder to be working on a West Denver Renaissance Collaborative (WDRC) ADU project.

(Under Construction) This is our second largest design-build ADU to date. The client’s goals were to maximize space to allow for a second bedroom, a first floor office, and a workshop area while keeping finishes modest (including windows) to save on the overall cost of the project.

We designed and built this tiny home ADU in southwest Denver. The highly efficient design was in order to save on cost and the foundation consists of only 4 helical piers embedded 17 feet into the earth.

We helped design and build this cost effective garage ADU addition in northwest Denver. The highly efficient design was in order to save cost to our clients while allowing a rentable space to provide secondary income and flex space for the homeowner’s family to use.

A very modest accessory dwelling unit, this was our second ADU project in the Denver area. Our client had a very tight budget so we designed and built the most economical ADU that we could come up with, keeping their site constraints in mind.
