This gorgeous addition and remodel is located at Kittredge park in the Montclair neighborhood (South East Denver). We took this 1946 home from its modest 1,900 sq.ft floor plan and built over 800 sq.ft. onto the second floor where we added a master suite and two kids bedrooms with a shared bathroom. We also remodeled the entire first floor and existing, attached 2 car garage into a mother-in-law suite adding an additional bathroom. The project didn’t end there as we built a 2 car garage with an art studio space and a large walkout deck area.

Our first accessory dwelling unit in Denver may just be our favorite ADU project. This Sloan Lake project was definitely a challenging site where our team only had a 25 foot wide lot to work with for material storage and it was surrounded by power lines making it a logistical nightmare. It was a success nonetheless and features a 2 car garage, a studio apartment on the first floor, a 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor, a south facing solar array, and a rooftop deck designed for carrying a hot tub!

At over 3,500 sq.ft. this interior remodel was the most extensive renovation we had taken on thus far. The existing home had many structural, electrical, and insulation concerns so our team decided to take the entire home down to the bare studs. Our design build team took the inefficient 70’s layout and was able to make the space not only beautiful but functional and practical for our clients!

Located in the highlands neighborhood this garage that we designed and built was for a client looking to add a bunch of storage to their lot. The project involved demoing the old small garage and building out a 2.5 car garage. It features attic storage that was designed into the roof trusses which is accessed via a drop down ladder.

One of many basement remodels we’ve completed throughout Denver. This project in particular was challenging due to the age of the home (1920). There were many hurdles to bring this old structure into the 21st century (old concrete walls, settled framing, and un-level floors) but our client was ecstatic with the final product!

We designed and built this garage for our client in the Barnum neighborhood. We designed the structure with a single slope roof facing the south for future solar advantages. The garage also features a large ceiling height for additional storage space and a tall garage door for large vehicle entry!
