Sunnyside ADU + Garage Addition
This beautiful Sunnyside ADU was completed in the summer of 2024. It features a 2.5 car garage, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen/ living area and vaulted ceilings/ dormers that provide a lot of character in and out of the structure.
The City Park ADU Residence
This two-story, design-build ADU in Denver’s City Park neighborhood is Prenvalley Builders’ largest accessory dwelling unit to date, totaling approximately 2,000 square feet. Designed for long-term flexibility, the home includes three bedrooms, a private office, an open living and kitchen area, in-unit laundry, and an integrated 2.5-car garage. Thoughtful layouts, high-performance systems, and durable finishes create a comfortable, efficient living space that supports both daily use and long-term rental potential.
An Age-Ready Garage ADU Conversion

Propped up against North Table Mountain, this partial second story addition provided our clients with another bedroom for their kids and we also included the remodel of 2 bathrooms, a new covered front porch, and various smaller updates throughout their home.
Golden Full Interior Renovation
At over 3,500 sq.ft. this interior remodel was the most extensive renovation we had taken on thus far. The existing home had many structural, electrical, and insulation concerns so our team decided to take the entire home down to the bare studs. Our design build team took the inefficient 70’s layout and was able to make the space not only beautiful but functional and practical for our clients!
1920s Basement ADU Transformation
This Denver basement renovation transformed an underutilized lower level of a 1920s home into a fully functional accessory dwelling unit. Prenvalley Builders navigated the challenges of aging concrete walls, settled framing, and uneven floors to deliver a code-compliant living space that includes a kitchenette, full bathroom, living area, and private bedroom. Careful coordination and precise execution allowed the team to modernize the structure while preserving the integrity of the existing home. The result is a durable, comfortable lower-level ADU designed to support long-term use and added property value.
212 Hooker St
We designed and built this garage for our client in the Barnum neighborhood. We designed the structure with a single slope roof facing the south for future solar advantages. The garage also features a large ceiling height for additional storage space and a tall garage door for large vehicle entry!
704 5th St Golden, CO
This Golden, Colorado renovation transformed a single-story home through a thoughtfully executed second-story addition and full main-level remodel. The project added a new upper level with a primary suite, additional bedrooms, and bathrooms, while reworking the lower floor to support improved circulation, structural integrity, and everyday livability. Designed and built to integrate seamlessly with the existing home and surrounding neighborhood, this project reflects Prenvalley Builders’ expertise in complex vertical additions and whole-home renovations.
